All nurses and medical staff that I saw were very professional and I was treated very well. Katie and Layo were very good and theater staff too! Thank you for looking after me so well and I would definitely recommend this hospital to others as one feels a sense of wellbeing here at the Marsden.

-Excellent standards of professionalism from all members of staff.
-Clean and meticulous ward environment.
-Good quality, tasty food - a good range with helpful symbols for special diets.
-Welcoming environment for visitors - tea, coffee etc and day room a real plus.
-The extra special element was the kindness and commitment of the staff who showed such respect and humanity. This must aid recovery.
-Can't think of anything to improve - perhaps a more consistent routine at night - i.e time of meds, lights and etc but a minor issue.

A perfect stay for my 1st chemo cycle. Everybody and members of staff through to all levels were understanding and kind, under a lot of pressure. The building lovely and clean.
PS and food was cooked well and served with care.

Staff were lovely, cheery, upbeat, funny and all round good people.
Aircon a little loud but other than that all was excellent.

Staff on the ward and in the treatment areas were all lovely, warm and caring. Ward was clean and kept tidy.
Improvement - more porters and they shouldn't talk to each other in their own language.
